TRT and car crashes
I started on TRT back in September, after having TC for the second time in three years. Earlier today, my car was involved in an accident (not my fault, lady driver pulled out in front of me while i was driving along, minding my own business
 ). Has anyone heard of a driver being on TRT (so under the influence of drugs!), and having that used against them in a collision dispute? Just wondered if the insurance company could use it against me in any way. Just wondered what everyone thinks?

Hi Andy. You live pretty close to me, then. My wife did part of her degree at Norton Radstock College.
I haven't heard of a driver being blamed for an accident because of TRT, but I wouldn't have thought you could be blamed on that basis. I know you've been posting for a few days, but belatedly, welcome to the forum

Your fine! If you were not allowed to operate machinary than it would say so on the container. Besides how would they even know? its just testosterone which is naturally in your body.

Low Testosterone can result in a lack of concentration whick could be a problem
The replacement you are on will be fine, TRT does not impair you in any way. Cheers

Everything is sorted now, she has admitted liability, and her insurance is paying for the lot. The TRT thing was just a little panic that I was going through last night (call it poste traumatic stress).
Smartie - thanks for the into mate. I've was a member of the Tim Stollery forum from 2006, so i've doing this sort of thing for a while. I'm always open to help anyone who is going through what i did with any help that i can, I find it helps me to know that what i know might be of use to others (it's my form of therapy  )

If they checked my hormone levels as I enter menopausal rages I'd never be allowed on the road....warning to my fellow Jersey drivers!
 I'm glad all worked out OK with the accident liability and you weren't injured.
