Help please

Hi guys I'm 17and not sure what to do if I should be worriing but I have found a lumpish thing on one of my ball and it is very painful when and after I get an erection this has been happening for about 2 months but last few days has been very painful. Should I be worried or is this nothing??

Impossible to know from here how serious it may be. Worrying never helps, but action does. Since it's "very painful," I would definitely tell a parent and have a doctor check it out. Please report back what you hear.
