question

if you have tc and they remove the testical do they put any thing in place of it, if not want it feel wierd

I read your old post and I don't think you have testicular but evidently you do. Why don't you get to a doctor and find out what you have. Even if it is a simple infection you have let it go for more then two months, that is never a good idea. At this point I wouldnt worry about an implant get to a doctor and get your infection taken care of. Please let us know when you have a appointment.
