I don't know anything about this facility, but when my husband was diagnosed we asked our oncologist to call Dr. Einhorn and consult with him doctor to doctor. It didn't cost us a thing and we felt more comfortable that Dr. Einhorn weighed in on the diagnosis and course of treatment.

I would E mail Dr. Einhorn and ask him who he would go to on the list. The good news is many fine doctors are or have served this Country in the Armed Services so I am sure you will be able to find a doctor that you can trust.
Good Luck
Brian

Military Doctors

My husband is active duty Army and he has TriCare. I'm not sure what insurance you have but he was treated by Dr. Einhorn and all that had to be done is he had to get a referral from his primary care physican (which the physican did willing.) Hope this helps.

Dr. Einhorn

Dr. Einhorn practices at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is really good about taking on new patients, answering questions, etc.

In many cases you will have the initial consultation at a military medical facility and they will refer you to a specialist-Especially when it comes to cancer or the possibilty of cancer...as long as a military pysician refers you to a non-military specialist all billing will be covered ..If you go on your own you will have to flip the bill...Just be patient and follow the proper channels.....FYI...Naval medical research centers are some of the finest in the world...If they are going to treat you ,you will be in good hands!!! Best of Luck!!!!
